Participate in peer testing of developer pull requests (PRs) to validate new features and bug fixes.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Participate in client collaboration: Assist with identifying, reproducing, and documenting software issues reported by clients. Communicate findings clearly through written reports and verbal discussions to help resolve issues efficiently.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">AI-Oriented Test Automation: Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites with AI-enhanced capabilities for regression, integration, and performance testing.</li></ul>Essential Duties & Responsibilities: <ul><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Perform manual, automation and exploratory testing against defect fixes and functionality developed by members of your agile team(s).</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Should be capable of reproducing the error that was exposed in the production stage and building the plan of steps for its reproduction.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Should be able to troubleshoot/coordinate with Support, Devs and Product to clarify the issues if not reproducible/not clear.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Need to discuss the client’s concerns related to the software product, specify the core problems and requirements in order to convert these concerns into test cases.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Need to have a good understanding of release, patch and hotfix testing and prepare the test plans accordingly.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Responsible for leading and fostering an automation approach for your scrum team(s).</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Utilizing latest versions of our technology stack and being encouraged to think creatively to produce high quality, reusable and maintainable automated testing solutions.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">To work closely with the Product Owner and Scrum team(s) to help deliver high quality Automated scripts within agreed timescales.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Provide technical mentorship and upskilling to scrum team members and across functional boundaries.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Contributing to a culture of high quality, personal ownership and customer focused execution</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Take ownership of automating patch and fix testing, and work proactively with the Maintenance QA and Engineering teams to ensure fast and safe delivery. </li></ul> Required Skills & Experience:<ul><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">8+ years of experience in manual and automation testing using Selenium with C# or Java.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as NUnit, and familiarity with ADO (Azure DevOps).</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Good experience with C# or ADO, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Git or any other source control management tool</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Experience in Test Cases Management Systems like TestRail, Defect Management tools like Jira. </li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Proficiency in authoring, reviewing, writing and executing manual and Automated test cases</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Good knowledge in SQL and relational database concepts BI tools. </li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Exposure to Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment practices using Jenkins.</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Experience in working as maintenance QA who collaborates with all stakeholders (Clients, Support, Services, Product and Maintenance team)</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Graduate Degree in Engineering or
