What You’ll Do
You’ll work in a hyper cross-functional squad to design, build, and ship things that moves the needle.
1\ Discover & shape
- Partner with PMs/Designers to deeply understand customer pains
- Prototype and experiment to de-risk ideas early
- Help shape what we build, not just how
2\ Build & own
- Develop across our core platform: C# + Azure/GCP
- Own work from idea → scope → delivery → iteration
- Jump into API integrations, performance issues, technical investigations
3\ Improve & learn
- Contribute to our Product Engineering culture
- Help refine our architecture without disappearing into “ivory tower” thinking
Requirements
About You
- 🧩 You’re a product-minded engineer… you think in customer problems, not tickets or ‘stories’
- 🎨 You’re basically a product designer, but in code - creating elegant, simple solutions
- ⚡ You ship fast - taking a pragmatic, well-scoped, outcome-first, not perfection-first approach.
- 💬 You enjoy communicating with customers, exec, support & sales - not just PMs & other engineers.
- 🛠️ Comfortable across the stack (.NET + Angular) - owning outcomes
- 🤸 You like small squads, rapid co-discovery & co-delivery loops
- 🧭 You value clarity, first principles, and making smart trade-offs
