Senior Full stack Developer (Node.js/C#/.NET and Angular)

In this role, you will take a leading position in driving the modernization of complex, high-impact systems within a fast-moving technical environment. You will work closely with a small, highly skilled team, acting as the key technical authority while shaping architecture and development standards. The focus is on transforming legacy systems into scalable, modern microservices using the latest technologies and automation practices. Accountabilities:

Lead the transition from legacy systems to a modern microservices architecture
Design and implement scalable backend and frontend solutions using Node.js, .NET, and Angular
Drive the adoption of AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity and code quality
Establish and enforce best practices for coding standards, testing, and documentation
Accelerate development cycles through automation, CI/CD improvements, and efficient workflows
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and hands-on guidance to team members
Collaborate on system design, API development, and integration across distributed services
Ensure high performance, reliability, and maintainability of critical production systems

Requirements:

7+ years of backend development experience with Node.js and/or C#/.NET technologies
4+ years of experience with Angular and modern frontend frameworks
Strong expertise in microservices architecture and API design
Proven experience improving development efficiency using AI-based tools (e.g., code assistants, automation)
Solid understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization
Experience with databases such as SQL Server, MongoDB, and Redis
Familiarity with messaging systems like RabbitMQ and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes
Strong problem-solving skills, business-oriented thinking, and leadership capabilities
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Excellent communication skills in English
