We are looking for a Senior C# Developer to join our Trading Regulatory Reporting team in Riga within SEB’s Technology area. Our team delivers regulatory reporting for SEB and its clients, working across Riga and Stockholm as one virtual team using Agile ways of working. We are now looking for a Senior C# Developer to join one of our Agile teams and help shape the future of our applications.
What you will be doing:
Regulatory Reporting has been an important part of the financial services industry over the last decade and continues to evolve with changing market demands. The application we use today is an in-house reporting engine built on the Microsoft platform, delivering key information to regulators and helping SEB stay compliant across its trading services.
You will be based in Riga and work in an international, collaborative environment in close cooperation with teams in Sweden, Latvia, and other countries. In this role, you will play an important role in our SAFe Agile team, contributing to the transformation, development, and maintenance of our applications.
Highly skilled in C#/.NET and MS SQL
Experience of large administrative systems with many integrations, built on Microsoft platform
Experience of system design
Experience from Git, GitHub and Azure DevOps
Interest in or hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development to improve productivity, quality, and delivery
A coaching mindset and a willingness to share knowledge with the rest of the team
You enjoy the Agile way of working
Excellent command of English, written and spoken
Experience in testing, combined with a quality-first approach and shared ownership across the full delivery lifecycle, would be considered a strong advantage
Experience with parallel and concurrent programming (message passing paradigm)
Experience with data integration design
Experience from working in a bank with reporting applications

Monthly salary range indicated for this position is before tax deduction. The offer for final candidate* will depend on experience and competences of the candidate for the required job.
