Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize complex backend services with requirements for real-time processing, high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance.
- Build and maintain APIs, microservices, and distributed systems using C++, Golang, or Java.
- Design and optimize system architecture, processing flows, and performance for large-scale applications.
- Improve system reliability through code quality, performance tuning, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting.
- Work with concurrency, multithreading, memory management, and system optimization to ensure efficient performance.
- Develop real-time communication solutions using technologies such as gRPC, TCP/UDP, WebSocket.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and cross-functional teams on containerization, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and support team development.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Backend / Software Development.
- Strong experience with one or more: C++ / Golang / Java
- Good understanding of: Backend architecture, Distributed systems, API development, Database optimization, Multithreading / Concurrency, Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and Cloud platforms is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset.
Nice To Have: Experience with high-performance systems, real-time applications, streaming, messaging platforms, or AI-related products.
