As a Software Developer, you’ll contribute to the Varicent Incentives platform—a single-page web app. You’ll work closely with developers, designers, and data scientists to build modern, scalable ideally with data-intensive systems.</li><li>Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (C#, Java, C++).</li><li>Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS/Redshift, DynamoDB, etc.).</li><li>Knowledge of ELT/ETL concepts and large-data challenges.</li><li>Solid software design fundamentals and passion for clean, maintainable code.</li><li>Strong communication skills and
