What would be your day-to-day responsibilities, you ask?- Implement well-designed, testable, and efficient C++ code
- Working across planned tasks, brainstorming, investigations, PoCs/MVPs development
- Working in a cross-functional setup
- Expected a shared sense of feasibility during planning
- Code and task ownership
- Actively participate in regular syncs
- Mentor less experienced developers and interns
Ideal profile - What are we looking for?- Senior, experience in developing native desktop applications, Windows required only
- Proficiency in C++, C# .Net ecosystem (usually, engineers who are proficient in C++ are well familiar with C# .Net)
- Hands-on experience with modern Windows UI frameworks (e.g., WPF, WinUI)
- Familiarity with ServerSentEvents, sockets/streaming, and scalable UI design patterns
- Experience/familiarity with AI paradigms(Agents and Thought-Action-Observation, CoT, NLP)
- Familiarity with MVVM architecture and scalable UI design patterns (could be, not for now)
- Strong grasp of asynchronous, event-driven programming for responsive UIs
- Experience using Visual Studio, Git, and profiling/debugging tools
- Collaborative, user-focused, and detail-oriented engineering mindset
