Rate Range: Up to$125 K to $150K PA based on performance

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise software solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong architectural insight, and the ability to collaborate across teams while mentoring peers.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-grade software that aligns with architecture, coding, and performance standards.
- Build automated testing applications, frameworks, and unit tests to ensure software quality.
- Contribute to feature definition and specifications in partnership with product and architecture teams.
- Identify and drive improvements in architecture, design, and development processes.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks to enhance development efficiency.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and share best practices across the engineering team.
- Collaborate in a team-oriented environment, providing technical leadership and mentoring junior developers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in enterprise software development, with expertise in designing scalable systems.
- Strong knowledge of design patterns, object-oriented principles, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and enterprise architecture best practices.
- Hands-on experience with C++ and Oracle.
- Additional experience with .NET, C#, and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka) is a plus.
- Proficiency in relational database schema design and optimization.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Proven track record of technical leadership and mentoring in software development teams.
