serve 20,000 locations in the next 18 months. Panoptyc has grown rapidly for the last 2 years and is looking to expand its engineering team with global talent.

The Opportunity
You’ll jump-start your career with us by taking ownership of these key responsibilities:
Maintain, design, and build new and existing features using Angular, C#, and .NET.
Deploy code/updates manually, Help in setting up the CI/CD pipeline.
Work directly under the Head of Engineering in creating solutions and solving problems.
Participate in code reviews and one-on-one with the Head of Engineering.
Collaborate across the teams in Panoptyc to understand what we are building and why we are doing so.
Who Is Our Ideal Candidate?
At least 2-3 years of experience working as a Software Engineer
Willing to work from 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Standard Time
Extensive software engineering experience for web-based applications in a fast-paced
environment
Hands-on experience developing and utilizing RESTful APIs
It is preferred that you have hands-on experience with Angular with Typescript and C#
and .Net Technologies
Someone with an understanding of multiple modern languages is preferred.
Strong understanding of various programming concepts and how they can be
applied when building complex systems
You understand the importance of well-documented code and are happy to hear that half
of this job will be writing tests and documentation
Excellent command of the English Language (written & spoken)
Detail-oriented – pays attention, especially to the minor details of tasks
Embrace ambiguity – when you don't know how to do something, you ask Google.
Low ego – if you don't know the answer, you ask questions. You aren't afraid of anybody
knowing what you don't know.
Honest – even when the truth isn't great, you speak it. If you had an off day, or your
manager is wrong, you say so.
