You’ll be joining a cross-functional team building an immersive learning platform delivered via mobile and web. You’ll work mainly on backend services but have the chance to expand your skills into mobile (Flutter/Dart/React Native) and cloud-native tooling.

Build and scale backend services in .NET
Occasionally contribute to the front end (Flutter/Dart or React)
Collaborate on architecture decisions — we’re not just handing down blueprints
Ship high-quality, well-tested code
Own your work from dev to production — we move fast but don't break things
Influence how we build software — your voice matters
Backend: .NET 6+
Frontend: Flutter/Dart (React and React Native also in play)
Cloud: AWS (Lambdas, DynamoDB, Cognito) – if you’ve used Azure, we’ll help you switch gears
3+ years as a software engineer
Solid experience building backend services in .NET
Frontend experience with React, React Native, or ideally Flutter
Some exposure to AWS services is great – or a willingness to learn
Comfortable with writing tests and owning code quality
Curious, practical, and collaborative – you know when to build, when to reuse, and when to challenge the brief
