<p>We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects - a MEV Powered Staking platform. They are seeking an experienced <strong>MEV Developer</strong> to design, develop, and optimize backend systems for MEV infrastructure and trading solutions. </p><h4><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h4><ul><li>Design and implement scalable backend systems for MEV-related infrastructure, including transaction ordering, bundle processing, and block-building pipelines.</li><li>Develop and optimize MEV searchers, trading strategies, or block-building algorithms to maximize on-chain value extraction.</li><li>Collaborate with blockchain engineers to integrate MEV solutions with existing protocols and layer-1/layer-2 networks.</li><li>Monitor and analyze on-chain data to identify new MEV opportunities and improve system performance.</li><li>Ensure high reliability, low latency, and security of MEV infrastructure components.</li></ul><h4><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h4><ul><li>4+ years of backend programming languages such as Rust and/ or C++ for low-latency, high-performance systems.</li><li>Experienced in MEV infrastructure companies (e.g., Jito, Flashbots, Bloxroute) or MEV trading/searching/block-building firms.</li><li>Deep understanding of blockchain protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Solana) and MEV mechanisms (e.g., transaction ordering, arbitrage, liquidations).</li><li>Experience with distributed systems, consensus algorithms, and mempool management.</li><li>Strong grasp of MEV strategies, including front-running, back-running, and sandwich attacks, as well as block-building techniques.</li><li>Ability to optimize complex systems for performance and cost-efficiency in dynamic blockchain environments.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.</li></ul><p>#LI-REMOTE</p>
