Role Summary:
As part of our growing engineering team, the Lead Backend Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend systems using C# and Python on AWS.
This role requires a strong technical leader who can drive backend architecture decisions, optimize system performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, cloud-native solutions.

You’ll Be Successful in This Role if You Have:
8+ years of experience in backend development with expertise in C# and Python.
Strong experience building cloud-native applications on AWS.
Proficiency with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and microservices architecture.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, etc.).
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with security best practices for cloud applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers.
