• Leading a group of 4-5 developers and QA, working on designing and developing a set of software products in Computer Vision and AI.
• Participate in architecture and design decisions.
• Ensure code quality, perform code reviews, and mentor developers on best practices in modern C++.
• Optimize architecture and code for memory management and latency reduction.

• 5+ years of professional, relevant experience
• 1+ year of leadership experience
• Excellent knowledge of C++
• Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent
• Solid understanding of programming principles and technologies, including design patterns, data structures, object-oriented programming, and ability to solve algorithmic problems
• Development experience in Linux
• Experience with designing multi-threaded applications
• Good communication skills
• Advanced level of spoken and written technical English

• Understanding of Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with Python and typical Computer Vision/AI libraries such as OpenCV, PyTorch, Tensorflow
• Experience with relational databases
• Experience with .NET full-stack, backend or frontend development
• Experience in Scrum/Agile methodology.
