Position Overview
We are seeking a Junior C# Developer with Blazor and/or Razor experience to join our in-house team. This is an on-site position only; remote or hybrid work is not available. You must currently live in the Sarasota/Bradenton/University Park area and be able to work in our office daily.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the development team to build and enhance web applications using C#, Blazor, and/or Razor.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our CRM system and related internal tools.
- Implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and component libraries such as MudBlazor.
- Use Git for version control, collaboration, and code reviews.
- Assist with troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure reliability and responsiveness.
- Help document features and code where needed.
- Stay current with modern .NET and web development practices and tools.
Qualifications
- Junior-level experience in C# and .NET (professional experience or strong academic/personal projects).
- Experience with Blazor and/or Razor (Blazor Server, Blazor WebAssembly, MVC, or Razor Pages).
- Basic proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; MudBlazor experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
- Understanding of core software development principles (clean code, reusability, maintainability).
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Effective communication and ability to work well within a team.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Must live locally and be able to work on-site full time.
