This role involves hands on development, implementation, troubleshooting and focus on architecture & design, planning and AI-powered workflows.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties</strong></p><ul><li>Modernizing Web Forms or similar server-rendered architectures;</li><li>Working with stored procedures, relational databases, or performance-sensitive SQL;</li><li>Comfortable working in a Shift Left development environment;</li><li>Committed to delivering high-quality code with a strong focus on quality and reliability;</li><li>Self-driven, takes ownership, and collaborates effectively across teams.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Essential Skills</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Experience Building web applications using C#, SQL, and front-end frameworks (Angular, React, etc);</li><li>Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server, including indexing and query optimization;</li><li>Familiarity with AWS or other cloud environments (EC2, S3, SES, etc.);</li><li>Exposure to modern API technologies such as GraphQL;</li><li>Experience with coding agents or AI-assisted development workflows (e.g., MCP, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code);</li><li>Understanding of front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS) in traditional web environments;</li><li>Experience writing unit and integration tests;</li><li>Clear and confident English communication skills (written and verbal).</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Highly Desirable Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Willingness to embrace AI-powered development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code);</li><li>Basic to intermediate understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, MCP, RAG, etc.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>About Encora</strong><br><br>Encora is the preferred digital engineering and modernization partner of some of the world’s leading enterprises and digital native companies.
