This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, distributed API and full-stack development projects within a dynamic, fast-paced technical environment. The successful candidate will support critical product and API development, production support, and testing practices while contributing to the migration of core systems to a modern fintech platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance secure and scalable APIs, integrate multiple systems, and maintain robust software solutions. The position requires a proactive problem-solver with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Your work will have direct impact on system performance, application security, and the delivery of high-quality fintech solutions.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will:

• Develop, enhance, and integrate APIs and web service interfaces using C# and .NET Core.
• Perform system analysis, debugging, code optimization, and software testing (unit, integration, regression).
• Support production-level applications, addressing technical issues and providing Tier 3 support as needed.
• Collaborate with other developers, programmers, and technology teams to achieve shared objectives.
• Implement secure coding practices, including encryption, authentication, and vulnerability management.
• Participate in migration projects, integrating fintech platforms and ancillary services.
• Utilize CI/CD pipelines, containerization tools, and Agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in product or application development with a focus on C#, JavaScript, .NET Framework, and .NET Core 6+.
• Strong knowledge of REST-based APIs, database development (MS-SQL, TSQL), and secure coding practices.
• Experience in fintech or core banking systems, including bank deposit solutions, card controls, event-driven systems (Kafka), and CIF solutions.
• Proficiency with full-stack development, unit testing frameworks (NUnit, Moq), CI/CD tools (GitHub, Harness, Artifactory), and Linux environments.
• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe practices, Jira, DevOps tools, containerization (Docker/OpenShift), and cloud technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Bonus skills: Python, PySpark, Hadoop, Hive, data lake ETL and streaming, RPA (UI Path), monitoring tools (Orion, Splunk), Visa Token Services.
