C++ Developer (Remote - India)

In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of software solutions that drive high-performance applications. The position offers a hybrid work setup in Bangalore, combining flexibility with an engaging in-office environment. This is an initial 6-month contract with potential for extension, providing you the opportunity to make an immediate impact while working with cutting-edge technologies. You’ll play a key role in developing reliable systems that support both commercial and end-user needs while sharpening your expertise in advanced programming and software design.

Accountabilities:

As a C++ Developer, your core responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing, designing, developing, and troubleshooting software programs for commercial and end-user applications.
• Writing efficient, high-quality code while conducting testing and debugging activities.
• Solving complex technical problems and recommending innovative or re-engineered processes to improve project outcomes.
• Evaluating data and situations that involve both known and unknown factors, applying sound judgment aligned with team priorities.
• Collaborating on group objectives by proposing project ideas and contributing to strategic direction.
• Leading initiatives and implementing plans for complex projects with minimal supervision.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in C++ development.
• Strong expertise in C and C++ programming, with a solid understanding of Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience with multi-threaded programming, concurrency, and low-latency systems.
• Working knowledge of Python programming.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and a proactive, self-driven approach.
