An innovative firm specializing in quantitative trading and advanced market technologies is looking for a C++ developer.
They focus on cutting-edge technologies such as deep learning, FPGA, signal processing, and low-latency systems to develop high-performance trading strategies.
Despite being relatively new to the scene, they’ve built a strong international presence and are already seen as a serious force in the trading tech space.
The company is actively expanding and already has offices in several countries. You are offered a completely remote collaboration under a long-term B2B contract.
Candidates based in Dubai, London, or Malta can choose to work remotely under a B2B contract or work in a hybrid/on-site format with official employment under local labor laws.
Your tasks on the position:
- Developing and maintaining high-performance components in modern C++
- Optimizing performance, latency, and scalability of existing systems
- Integrating new features, tools, or data sources into the platform
- Participating in architectural discussions and technical decision-making
- Collaborating with engineers across teams in a distributed environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with modern standards of C++ 17/20
- Strong Linux background
- Background in high-load systems and low-latency optimization at a systems level
- Experience working with distributed systems, system architecture, and design patterns
- Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures, and object-oriented design
- Background in big tech, high-performance startups, or companies working with complex, scalable applications
- English C1+
Will be a plus:
- Basic scripting skills in Python
- Networking experience
- Background in low-latency systems, HFT, telecom, or game development
