Location: New York, NY (Onsite 3 days a week, no exceptions)

Requirements

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Architect C++ / C# to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to contribute to the development, quality, and implementation of our software products for our clients. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of modern and legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Hands-on coding in C++ / C# and related frameworks.
Design and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions.
Work extensively with SQL database structures and the .NET framework.
Understand and support Front Office trade flow, specifically in equity trading or equity swaps.
Maintain and enhance legacy systems, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications:

15+ years of coding experience in C++ / C#.
Extensive experience with SQL database structure and .NET framework.
In-depth understanding of Front Office trade flow (Equity Trading or Equity Swaps).
Strong experience working with legacy systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Quick learner with a proactive attitude towards challenges.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS).
Familiarity with cloud services, preferably AWS.
Experience with Snowflake.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
Exposure to Agile methodologies.

Work Environment:

This position is based in New York, NY and requires the candidate to be onsite 3 days a week, with no exceptions.
